Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor in “The World’s Largest Hawkeye Tradeshow”!

To become a 2012 FRY fest tradeshow vendor, please complete the form below and click the Submit Registration button.  Reservations are secured when payment is received.  All registrations must be done online.  As a reminder, only officially licensed University of Iowa and Iowa State University vendors will be accepted as exhibitors.

Payment must be received by Friday, June 29, 2012.

  • What's Included:

    • Booth carpet (black)
    • Pipe and drape (black and gold unless vendor is only selling ISU merchandise)
    • 1 – 8 ft skirted table
    • 2 – chairs
    • 1 – wastebasket
    • 1 - parking space (2nd available upon request)
    • Wireless internet access
    • Up to 2 concert tickets
    • List of all registered tradeshow attendees (if donating a door prize)
